Fees:
- $20 for Residents
- $30 for Non-Residents (anyone outside the City limits of Leavenworth or Fort Leavenworth)
A shelter reservation does not include exclusive use of the park. For larger special events, reserve the shelter first, then contact the City Clerk's office at clerk@leavenworthks.gov for other permits and fees needed for event.
Add on fees:
- Noise permit required for amplified sound is $20 and must be approved by the City Manager prior to the event.
- Power pedestal available for rent with a $500 refundable deposit and a $100 non-refundable fee. Customer responsible for having a certified electrician connect the equipment the day of the event.

Note:
All park shelter use permits and associated noise or beer permits must be paid for and secured a minimum of five days prior to the event.
No electricity, water, or restrooms.
Park hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Beer Permits:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be purchased in person at the Riverfront Community Center
- Must be part of a paid shelter reservation
- Must be a Resident of the City of Leavenworth or Fort Leavenworth
- Fee is $20 (plus convenience fee if paying with credit card)
