Join certified instructor Rachel Smith as she combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. Use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle, big and small. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
This class is on Wednesday evenings from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Riverfront Community Center.
