AQ - Swim Lessons- Fall 2 Level 1- 6:35 p.m.

Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills: Students will learn how to feel comfortable in the water and safely enjoy it.

Helps participants feel comfortable in the water, teaching basic skills like safe entry and exit, submerging, blowing bubbles, floating, and basic arm/leg actions.

Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and get to the pool area.
